WELCOME TO POOLBEG YACHT BOAT CLUB & MARINA

We have an extensive range of on the water activities throughout the year. Some are regular events and others happen annually. From our very active racing fleet on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s, our Junior & Cadet section, Championship racing, Adult Training Evenings, a wide range of Training Courses, extensive inter-club Racing and Social Programme, Cruiser and Powerboat groups, we are sure you will find something to help get you on the water. We also run our own 100 berth marina facility.

PYBC Junior taking part in Transatlantic Tall Ships Race 2017.​

Oisín Cullen is one of our Junior members in PYBC and also a Transition Year student. He is an avid sailor and can often be seen around the club helping out with the dinghies, as well as on the bow of a J109 and a Ruffian in PYBC. We are very proud of him as he is currently taking part in Race 1 of the Transatlantic Tall Ships Race 2017 sailing from Torquay

CAI, supported by PYBC starts the season with the "Kish Muster". Here are the details in brief: KISH MUSTER 8/9 APRIL 2017 Depart Home Port to arrive Kish Light at 1400. HW 1050 LW 1640 / between springs and neaps. Sail to NYC to arrive around 1600 - Raft up Socialise until sailing supper 1900 main dining room. Cost circa 25 euro Berthing Free Book

Cruising Calendar There is so much going on and the Club calendar is so crowded that it was proposed that we do not organise Club cruising but join the cruises of the CAI. The Cruising Corner will contact the CAI and arrange to publicise their calendar within the Club.
