Outcome of Extraordinary (Special) General Meeting 26th February 2022

The following is a synopsis of the meeting and should not be interpreted as the minutes of the meeting.

As an AGM could not be held in 2021 it was essential that we address some items from 2020 in order to pave the way back to normality.

The accounts for 2020 were presented and accepted following a vote. These will be removed from the private members area.

The reason for the non holding of the AGM in 2021 was explained and will be noted for historical purposes.

The issue of the number of Committee members who would have to stand down was discussed and it was decided, following a vote, that the current Committee would remain in place until the AGM due to be held in 2023.
